Privacy & admin access

GOLDCHAT stores account details, messages, shared files, status updates and call-history records on its servers. GOLDCHAT currently does not provide end-to-end encryption.

Support and moderation

The designated owner administrator can review retained conversations, media and active statuses for support and moderation. A review reason is required. Content reviews and account-management actions are recorded in an administrative audit log.

Your privacy settings

Presence and read-receipt settings control what other users see. They do not prevent authorized administrative review of stored content.

Deletion and expiry

Expired disappearing messages and statuses are excluded from administrative review. Deleted-message text is not shown. Administratively deleted accounts are disabled and kept in a recoverable state. Their retained conversation history remains available for moderation. This administrative action does not permanently erase all account data.

Calls

GOLDCHAT keeps call-history metadata such as participants, times and outcomes. GOLDCHAT does not record call audio or video.
